Black Friday & Cyber Monday Car Detailing Deals 2026

What historically goes on sale in car care and what rarely does, whether to buy now or wait for November, and our current top picks with live prices. No invented discounts — the deals we can verify will be posted here when they go live.

How this is funded: we earn a commission if you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. It never changes which product we recommend, and we’ll always tell you who should skip one. Full disclosure.

A Black Friday page written in September has one honest job: help you decide what to buy now and what to wait for, using what actually happened in past years rather than a guess dressed up as a prediction. That is what this page is. The pattern in car care is clearer than most categories — a handful of product classes go on sale every November, a couple almost never do, and the biggest-ticket item on the list discounts so often across the year that waiting for one specific Friday is not the win people assume. The sections below go through that record class by class, then show the site’s current top picks with today’s live prices so you can see the real number against the list price.

Two things this page will never do: invent a percentage, or present a “was” price we did not see ourselves. Where a figure appears below it is a historical one — a price a brand or a deals desk recorded in a past year — and it is cited. Where we could not find a record, we say so.

When the sales actually run

The calendar first, because “Black Friday” is no longer a day. Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27, with Cyber Monday on November 30 closing out a four-day weekend of sales. Amazon has run its event as a build-up week or more ahead of the day itself — in 2025 it was a full week leading into a November 28 Black Friday — and the detailing brands start even earlier on their own stores. Adam’s Polishes launched its 2025 sale online at 12:01 am Mountain time on Friday, November 21, a week before Black Friday, with an in-store release two days before that. Kärcher runs a separately named “Early Black Friday” event on its US store. The practical upshot for a car-care shopper: the good prices are usually visible ten days or more before the Friday, and the Cyber Monday tail is real — Chemical Guys ran a kit at 50% off “exclusively for Cyber Monday” in 2025, with the offer ending at midnight that day.

What historically goes on sale

Kits and bundles from the big detailing brands

This is the strongest pattern in the category. Chemical Guys’ Black Friday 2025 was a sitewide sale, and the products that led it were overwhelmingly kits: Arsenal Builder wash kits, pressure-wash-and-dry bundles, ceramic kits and wheel-and-tire starter sets, with foam cannons, soaps and polishing gear marked down alongside. Its Cyber Monday coverage the following week described up to 40% off full cleaning kits and up to 30% off ceramic coating kits. Adam’s took the simpler route in 2025: 25% off storewide with a code, plus a $100 gift card on orders over $500 on launch day. If the thing you want is a boxed kit from either brand, November is the month.

Electric pressure washers

The other reliable class, with a twist. Greenworks’ washers were in Amazon’s Black Friday 2025 sale at roughly 25–30% off — the 2000 PSI model at $149.98 against a $199.99 list, the 2300 PSI TruBrushless at $269.99 against $359.99, the Pro 2,700 PSI at $300 against $400 — and that is the honest size of a pressure-washer Black Friday discount, not the “up to 57%” headline that applied to the brand’s smaller yard tools. The Kärcher K1700 showed up in an early Black Friday deal in November 2024 at $128.98 against a $179.99 list, about 28% off.

The twist is that these same machines discount all year. That K1700 was $104.99 in April 2025 — the third-lowest price a deals desk had ever tracked on it, and below its Black Friday price from five months earlier. The Sun Joe SPX3000, our top-ranked washer, has a documented pattern of recurring discounts across the year and hit $110 during an October Prime Day event in 2023. So the rule for a washer is not “wait for Black Friday”. It is: if the live price today is already well under list, that is a real price, and the November one may not beat it.

Microfiber

The microfiber specialists run genuine doorbusters. The Rag Company’s 2022 Black Friday was 40% off select towels — a two-pack of drying towels at $17 from $28 — and the brand keeps a standing Black Friday doorbusters collection on its own store. If you are restocking a whole drawer of towels, that is worth a wait; a single premium drying towel as a gift is not.

What rarely does

Collinite. We searched for a Collinite Black Friday and found none. The only discount we could locate on No. 845was one retailer’s standing buy-two promotion, 20% off the cheaper item, unconnected to any holiday. It is an old-school product at an old-school price and it does not need a sale to be good value. Buy it whenever.

The MTM Hydro PF22. We could find no record of MTM running a Black Friday sale on our top-ranked foam cannon. That is not proof it never happens, but it is the honest state of the evidence, and it makes the PF22 a buy-when-you-need-it product rather than a wait-for-November one.

The cheap essentials. A grit guard, a wash mitt, a budget foam cannon: at their price points there is very little room to discount, and a few dollars off does not change the decision. These are the products the site’s safe-wash method actually depends on, and none of them is worth delaying a scratch-free wash for.

Buy now or wait for November?

One line per product class, based on what the brands and deal trackers ran in past years. None of this is a promise about 2026.

Product classVerdictWhy
Electric pressure washerWait if you can, but a good price now is worth takingThe most reliably discounted hardware in the category in past Novembers — but the same models have hit equal or lower prices in spring and Prime Day events. If today's live price is already well under list, that is a real price, not a placeholder.
Boxed wash kitWaitKits and bundles are what the big brands lead their Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales with. This is the class with the strongest record of deep November discounts.
Foam cannon (premium, MTM / Chemical Guys)Buy when you need itWe could find no record of a brand-run Black Friday sale on the MTM PF22. Chemical Guys cannons have appeared in the brand's sitewide sale, so if the recipient is a TORQ buyer, waiting is reasonable.
Foam cannon (budget)Buy nowAt the budget end there is little room left to discount, and a cannon is the gift that makes a pressure washer fun. Not worth waiting on.
Soap, snow foam, wax, ceramic spray (consumables)Wait for a brand-site haul; buy a single bottle wheneverSitewide percentages at Chemical Guys and Adam's are where consumables get cheap — in bulk, on the brand's own store. A single bottle on Amazon is usually not worth timing.
Microfiber and drying towelsWait for a restock; buy one towel nowMicrofiber specialists have run 40%-off doorbusters in past Black Fridays. Buy the bulk restock then; buy a single premium towel as a gift whenever.
Collinite wax, grit guards, wash mittsBuy nowNo Black Friday record we could find for Collinite, and the mitts and grit guards are cheap enough that a percentage off barely moves them.

Our current top picks, with live prices

The #1 pick in each category, exactly as ranked on its own page. The price on each button is today’s live Amazon price, stamped with the date it was read; where Amazon reports a list price and a discount, the button shows that too. If a number is missing, it means we could not verify one — not that the product is unavailable.

How to tell a real Black Friday deal from a list-price trick

The oldest game in seasonal sales is the inflated “was” price. A product that has sold at $129 for most of the year appears in November as “$129, was $199”, and the discount is against a list price nobody paid. Three defenses, none of which require you to trust this site:

  • Know the everyday price before November. That is what the live-price buttons above are for. Note today’s number on the thing you want; when the sale lands, compare against that, not against the list price the sale page shows you.
  • Treat a washer’s spring price as its floor. As the record above shows, electric pressure washers have hit their lows in April and at Prime Day as often as in November. A Black Friday price that is not below the spring price is not special.
  • Read what is in the kit. Kit discounts are the deepest in the category, and kits are also the easiest place to pad value with items you would not buy. Our wash kit roundup lists what each box actually contains and what it leaves out, which is the number that matters more than the percentage.

What we will and will not post here

When the 2026 sales go live, this page gets updated with the deals we can verify on the live listing, for products the site already ranks. Every one will render its price from the same daily check as every other button on the site, so it cannot go stale — if a deal ends and the price goes back up, the button shows the new number rather than a dead promise. What will not appear: a deal we have not seen ourselves, a discount percentage we have not checked against the everyday price, or a product we would not otherwise recommend just because it is cheap that week. Commission does not decide what goes on this page; the same ranking rules as the rest of the site do.

Shopping for someone else rather than yourself? The gift guides below are written for the buyer, not the enthusiast, and every pick on them is one of the products above or a sibling from the same roundup — so the November prices land there too.

Frequently asked questions

When is Black Friday 2026 and Cyber Monday 2026?

Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27, and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. In practice the sales start earlier: Amazon has run a build-up week or more ahead of the day, and detailing brands such as Adam's Polishes have launched their own store sales a full week before Black Friday.

Do car detailing products go on sale for Black Friday?

Yes, and the pattern is consistent. Kits and bundles from the big brands (Chemical Guys, Adam's) lead the sales, electric pressure washers from brands like Greenworks and Karcher have historically shown up at roughly 25-30% off, and microfiber specialists have run 40%-off doorbusters. Some products rarely appear: we found no Black Friday record for Collinite wax or the MTM Hydro PF22 foam cannon.

Should I wait for Black Friday to buy a pressure washer?

Not necessarily. Electric washers are discounted often across the year - the Karcher K1700 hit $104.99 in April 2025, below its early Black Friday 2024 price of $128.98, and the Sun Joe SPX3000 has a documented pattern of recurring discounts including a Prime Day low. If the live price today is already well under list, it is a real price. If it is sitting at list, waiting for November is reasonable.

Are the Black Friday discounts on car care as big as the headlines say?

Usually not for the hardware. Headline figures like 'up to 57% off' typically apply to a brand's smallest items. The pressure washers inside the same 2025 Greenworks sale were 25-30% off. Kits are where the deeper cuts have appeared - Chemical Guys ran a single kit at 50% off exclusively on Cyber Monday 2025 and up to 40% off full cleaning kits.

How do I know a Black Friday car care deal is real?

Compare the sale price against the everyday price, not the list price. Note today's live price on the product you want before November, treat an electric washer's spring or Prime Day price as its floor, and for kits read what is actually in the box. This page will only post 2026 deals we have verified on the live listing, and every price on it renders from a daily check so it cannot go stale.

What is the best car detailing product to buy on Black Friday?

If you want one purchase, make it a complete wash kit from a major brand - kits are the product class with the strongest record of deep November discounts and they cover the mitt, bucket, soap and towel that a safe wash depends on. Check the kit contents first; the best ones still leave out the pressure washer, and no kit includes it.
